Frequently Asked Questions About My Art
How can I buy something of yours I don't see in the shop?
Often times I am sold out of items not currently for sale in the shop. However there are also many times that I may have the random piece floating around my archives. Just hit me up on the "contact" button above. I'll get back to you either way!
How did you get started doing art?
The easy answer is I've been creating art my whole life. Creating a career from it is a whole different ball of wax. I started my career just hitting the streets with items I had printed up myself. Concerts, art markets, any commission I could get my hands on. Not an easy task but doable with the talent and the drive.
Are you willing to do custom work?
Absolutely. As things fit into my schedule. My main drive is to continue creating work for bands and festivals but I also do tattoo designs, rock and roll wedding invites, custom sneakers, comissioned paintings. Just "contact" me above and we'll go from there.
Are you available to speak to my class about creating a living as an artist?
I LOVE talking to kids about art. Our schools have really dropped the ball when it comes to "alternative" educational programs. I will willing fill the gap. Just shoot me an email. Anything local I'm there for free.
Can you make a poster for my band or event?
I can definitely talk to you about it. In this business one hand washes the other. I am open to considering many different size projects.
What will it cost me to hire you?
I have recently heard it said there are three options to pricing art: 1-FAST, 2-CHEAP, 3-GOOD. You may choose two for any project but you cannot have all three. I believe this is true of all professions but it is very true in art. And yes, art IS a profession. I behave like a professional when it comes to my work and I expect to be treated as one. A professional with two college degrees and 14 years experience to boot! Please hit "contact" above for any further discussion.
